- Financial Data: Bank Account Name, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and UPI IDs for disbursing loans.
- Location Data: Complete pickup addresses and pincodes for physical verification and device collection.
- Device Information: Hardware specifics (Model, Storage, Age, Physical Condition).
2. Device Data Security Guarantee
We only use your smartphone as physical collateral. We do NOT ask for your device passwords, iCloud credentials, or Google account passwords. Our agents will never access your photos, messages, or internal digital data. You are strongly advised to keep your phone locked while in our custody.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to:
- Verify your identity and process loan applications.
- Disburse funds securely to your bank account.
- Send field agents to your specific location for device pickup and drop-off.
- Communicate loan statuses, due dates, and repayment receipts.
4. Sharing with Partner Lenders
To fulfill loan requests quickly, your application details (excluding highly sensitive passwords, which we do not collect) may be assigned and shared with our verified, registered Partner Lenders. These partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements to use your data (Address, Bank Info, Phone Model) strictly for the purpose of executing the Dial4Cash loan agreement.
5. Payment Security
All token payments and loan repayments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
